The Aziz Foundation is a London-based grant-making body and scholarship organization led by property investor Asif Haroon Aziz, supporting British Muslim students and initiatives. Former leadership includes individuals linked to the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), European Network Against Racism (ENAR), and Muslim Engagement and Development (MEND)—each associated with Global Muslim Brotherhood (GMB) networks in varying degrees. Timothy Winter (Sheikh Abdal-Hakim Murad) has been involved in the Foundation and has participated in efforts to revive the GMB-affiliated International Islamic Federation of Student Organizations (IIFSO). The Foundation has provided funding for the All-Party Parliamentary Group on British Muslims (APPGBM), which works closely with the MCB and promotes a contested definition of Islamophobia.
