Announcement: The Return of the Global Influence Operations Report (GIOR)

Dear Read­ers,

We are pleased to announce the revival of the Glob­al Influ­ence Oper­a­tions Report (GIOR). After our sev­en month hia­tus, we have received new sup­port that has enabled us to restart our oper­a­tions. Our com­mit­ment to pro­vid­ing insight­ful analy­sis on glob­al influ­ence oper­a­tions remains steadfast.

Mov­ing for­ward, the GIOR will adopt a more flex­i­ble approach. Our updates will con­sist of peri­od­ic post­ings, offer­ing com­pre­hen­sive sum­maries of rel­e­vant arti­cles, sto­ries, and devel­op­ments in the field of influ­ence oper­a­tions. While we may not post dai­ly, we assure you that our updates will be as fre­quent and infor­ma­tive as possible.

In line with our renewed focus, we have made some strate­gic changes to our cov­er­age. We will be expand­ing our lens to encom­pass a broad­er range of Russ­ian influ­ence oper­a­tions, mov­ing away from the spe­cif­ic focus of the Glob­al Nation­al Con­ser­v­a­tive Alliance (GNCA) cat­e­go­ry. This shift will allow us to delve deep­er into the var­i­ous tac­tics and strate­gies employed in Russ­ian influ­ence efforts globally.
